Reviews Strengthen Your Credibility – 90% of people read a business’ reviews before visiting their business and 88% of people trust online reviews as much as they do recommendations from people they know. A business without any reviews can sometimes raise red flags about the legitimacy of your business.
How Can You Get Great Reviews for My Business?
The most important thing you can do to get good reviews is to treat your customers like them, and their happiness is the most important thing for your business. This will directly rub off on the reviews they leave on your social media etc. You may notice, however, that sometimes customers are more inclined to seek out a page to leave a review only when they’ve had a less than pleasing experience.
Things you can do to influence your customers into leaving positive reviews are to directly ask them to review, include a link to various review pages in your email newsletters, or offer a discount for those on their next visit for those who leave a review.
